We start with the tools and data you already have. Spreadsheets, exports or approved connections may be enough; we check compatibility before agreeing the work.
We quote after reviewing the scope. Build fees, any VAT, software costs and usage allowances are clear before you commit. Ongoing care is optional and quoted separately.
Agreed hosting, monitoring, maintenance, small improvements and business-hours support. Larger additions are quoted separately. Unless your order says otherwise, cancel renewal in writing before the next monthly billing date.
We agree a timeline once we have checked your data, access and requirements. The proposal sets the milestones and what we need from your team.
Your data remains yours, with access and approved providers agreed in writing. Paid-for project materials carry an ongoing business-use licence under our terms. Source code, ownership transfers and handover are specified in your order.
